Past, Present and Future

Past:

This Guild was founded by the first wave of community members in the Infinity Rising (IR) Discord Server.

Seeing the wonderful potential of a coordinated group, we were immediately passionate with the idea to establish the “Corn Mafia” in October 2021.

The initial drive was to seek out like-minded community members, people that saw the potential in a project like Infinity Rising.

Early on we recognized the large potential in focusing the energy of the community into constructive group efforts that can help the project, the community and the individual community members.

Present:

Our mission is ongoing: To grow, maintain and protect a warm, helpful and optimistic community whilst creating a bulwark with Guilds fostered by the IR community.

Together we protect the positivity and friendly competition we know this community has formed over the years.

The guilds are actively working together to make this a place where everyone feels at home.

In order to accomplish our Guild mission we are asking our members to keep good relations to other guilds.

We are strategizing and working for the best approach to handling the ever changing game economy, token use cases and Player Owned Asset

(POA) implementations.

Focussing on work groups and roles within the guild where everyone can do the things they like, play the game how they want while at the same time having a role in our internal processes like strategy, social media, gaming, events, recruiting and many more.

Future:

The Guild's aim is to participate in ALL aspects of the IR project.
We foresee these major areas of conduct:

- benefits of playing and coordinating as a group inside the game.
- focusing on training and equipping members to win individual and team based competitions.
- focusing on getting guild members ready (equipment, knowledge and leadership) to have peak performance in all competitions.
- focusing on creating a positive loop for both member and Guild during activities.
- benefits on coordinating group efforts in the game’s economy.
- coordinating the acquisition of the most wanted properties in as many zones possible.
- coordinating to develop acquired properties.
- coordination in monopolizing production and supply chains.
- coordination in using resources to acquire or build best equipment.
- benefits in developing complementary projects.
- developing projects that utilize the artistic and creative skills of guild members.
- seeking out talent to set up "Learn-to-Earn" opportunities.

Progression in the Corn Mafia

Well you of course ask yourself: "How do I become part of the most awesome guild in Infinity Rising?"
Here are some brief keypoints.

1) Get invited or find the discord link in the "explore" tab on the bottom of this page.

2) Be friendly, active and show your passions and likes.

3) Get invited to the onboarding process or ask for the form.

4) The founders (for now) will decide.

5) Get a role assigned based on the data you provided.

6) Be a proud mafiosi.

Through this medium we aim to provide the IR community with tips and tools to improve quality of life in and around the game. Creating tutorials, world maps, ingredient and recipe tables, avatar setups, equipment builds, video series and much much more. Feel free to look around and ask questions.
