Craft the Components: Full Forge

With your raw materials smelted, it's time to head to the Blacksmith and Woodworking Bench to craft the components needed for the Steel Tungsten Axe. You'll also need to cut your Doug Fir into planks at the Sawmill. (Requires the Metal Working Tier 2 Perk and the Toolsmith Perk from the METAL WORKING specialization tree)
